Our Practice

We were both born and raised in small towns in Nebraska, and we’ve really grown to appreciate that upbringing. One of the main things we loved about growing up in a small town is the sense of community, and we’re both thankful for the people in those communities who played a huge role in raising us.  

Even as we’ve moved and lived in different places from our hometowns, we found home in the people we met who expressed that same sense of community, wherever we were. People who are hardworking, honest, and genuinely care about you. Those are the traits that inspire us to serve those people, and those are the traits that we want you to see in the care you receive at each of our offices.

Dr. James is a highly knowledgeable and thorough chiropractor that has the patient best interest in mind. His treatment of my back pain and limited mobility was nothing short of excellent. He was able to work with me during appointments and gave me exercises at home to do that in a short amount of time helped me regain mobility and get rid of my back pain. I will be seeing Dr. Dalton for any future injuries and would recommend him without hesitation to anyone.

Dr. Tracey is the best! I’ve seen 3 different chiropractors over the last several years! Dr. Tracey has been the only one that doesn’t just adjust me like the person before me! She also shows me at home exercises to help with pain. Truly the best and really down to earth chiropractor! ❤

Dr. Tracey was great for my postpartum rehab!
