Do you accept insurance?

We sure do! We accept most major payors, including those listed here:

What should I bring/wear?

We encourage patients to dress comfortably. Make sure to bring your drivers license and current medical insurance card. If you have had any imaging done at other facilities, please bring those records with you if you have them. 

 

How many times do I have to come back?

Everyone’s favorite answer: it depends. After the first visit, we will put an initial plan in place which is customized to you. Some people require longer treatment plans depending on how long the issue has been there and how well their body heals, while others may get better quickly. No “body” is the same so we tailor your treatment plan to you.

Do I need a referral from an MD?

Nope! While we often get referrals from MDs, you do not need one to see us.

How long are appointments?

The first visit will typically be about an hour. Please arrive 15 mins prior to appointment time if you have not filled out the paperwork prior to visit. All follow ups are around 15-30 mins depending on the patient.

What happens during the first visit?

We will spend the first part of the visit listening and taking a detailed health history. Then based on what we’ve talked about, we will perform an exam specific to you to get closer to figuring out the problem. Depending on the working diagnosis, we will likely begin treatment that visit. Read more here.
